Shipping costs are for the customer’s own account. We courier with The Courier Guy. Shipping costs R110 per purchase. Free collection near Franschhoek by arrangement.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer returns within 30 days of purchase in the following circumstances:
If our product does not fit you, we are happy to exchange it for the same or similar subject to stock available. Please note that you will incur all shipping costs so please consult The BonBon Experience page and Size Chart carefully before making your choice.
If you don’t like the item or change your mind, we will consider an exchange subject to stock available. You will incur all shipping costs.
If the garment has a quality issue, we will exchange or offer a refund to the original payment method and incur shipping costs ourselves.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Items cannot be returned if they have been worn or are not in the original condition. Please make sure all tags and packaging are still intact.
